Baron French was excellent and got me out so fast I didn't have to take the shuttle to work and then have to return for the car later. I look forward to dealing with Baron or Dan again in the future.
I should also say that have the shuttle service is very important to me. Since I work nearby, I bring my car to your dealership because I always know transportation won't be an issue. If you didn't have the shuttle I would be taking the car to a dealership near my home in Fort Worth.

I took a trip down to Houston this past weekend. I'm so glad that I had the timing belt and back brake/brake pads done the week before. It felt like I was driving a new car again. I made it down to Houston (Fri. - 2/12) on a half of a tank of gas. I hope to keep my car for quite a while. I always like the service I get at Metro VW.

I think Dan is fantastic. I've been coming to Metro for over 6 years now and he has always been consistent. He's helpful, friendly and makes sure the work gets done right and in a timely manner. His follow through/up is exceptional! I appreciate him and feel confident having him as my consultant. He is by far your best! I like the others but Dan stands out amongst the rest of the staff.

I appreciated the way that my service rep. advocated on my behalf regarding the validity of my claim to use the extended warranty. He was able to clarify conditions of the damage so that the amount I paid was a lot less than originally stated by the warranty people. As a result, I was very satisfied that I had purchased an extended warranty and that my service manager, Peter, went to bat for me. This is my second Volkswagen and your service department played a huge role in my decision to continue doing business with Metro VW.

This was actually my best experience buying a car, and I've bought 5 cars from Metro as well. I was really pleased with my sales person, Lupe Quintero, and your Sales Manager, Oscar Ramirez. Mr. Kevin L, service advisor, went above and beyond normal service. After he took the vehicle in he informed me of what was wrong, what needed to be done and it was a lot cheaper than I expected. Everything was done very quick and my car was up and running the very next day. The entire staff at the service department made me feel like I was the only customer. Thank you guys!

I want to express how selective a customer I am. I am never satisfied. I am extremely picky. It speaks highly of your service organization that I have nothing to complain about. To reach the category of actually having me recommend you to another is unheard of. I replaced my own rear beam on my car so no one else would take my car apart. So when your service organization recommended repairing a bent rim and pulling my strut towers off, I knew I would be unhappy at the close. Your service team performed top notch. They completed the car by the next day, something I expected to take at least three days to complete due to the involvement of an outside vendor. I was very pleased with the results. I spent a lot of money with your team and I feel that I received my money’s worth. Thanks, from the hardest to please customer.

I have had 2 New Beetles from Metro. One, a yellow 2001 GLX and the second a 2002 Snap Orange GLX. I have done all service work at Metro for 8 years and have never had a negative experience. It’s like taking my car to my family.
